The OP was given that page to the Deepin forums (which they didn't read), because that advice was the SECOND choice, which came with a caveat that they shouldn't do it, until they knew what they were doing.

Just shows that Deepin maybe isn't the most thought-through distribution, esp. if you don't speak/write Chinese.
