Are there any messages that appear when you try to boot the box? Does the computer do POST? Does GRUB start?

Well first time i rebooted. I forgot to remove a thumb drive. That is a windows 10 recovery drive. Well on reboot it went to the menu to redo windows. So i remove it and reboot. Then it goes into bios with memory testing. There is no grub there is nothing. Like installing deepin was a joke. As after the install im left with a empty laptop.

It sounds as if GRUB failed to install or the install was botched.

This is an older LQ thread, but it might help: https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...ll-4175510648/
