I was curious about this and looked at the Deepin docs last night and didn't find anything about configuring the date format.
In most DE's, if you right-click on the clock in the taskbar, you get a menu that often included an item for configuring the date format. What happens if you right-click over the clock?
Yes, theoretically, there are options to set the date format in order to set the first day of the week, long date (this is what I want), short date, long time and short time. All these options can be modified and write what you want, but I do not know what it translates into, because the date in the taskbar is still the short format: 21/6/15, for example. Nothing changes.
