Keyring and Firewall

Everytime I open a browser, it wants a password for the Keyring. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Also, are there firewall settings?

Yes. You can find several solutions with a search, using something like 'How to disable gnome-keyring'.

Yes. If you need help with configuring a firewall, you need to post specific questions on what you are trying to block and allow. There are lots of online tutorials.
