Disappearing scrollbars in KDE apps

I installed Deepin 20.4 and discovered the vertical scrollbars in the KDE applications were not working right. They show up on initial start of the application and then fade out after a few seconds. They should reappear when the cursor is placed over the scrollbar but I can't get them to work.

I have the issue in the file manager (Dolphin) and in Krusader.

In the GTK apps this is controlled by using GTK_OVERLAY_SCROLLING=0 in the configuration file but I can't figure out how to turn off overlay scrolling in the KDE apps.

Anyone know how to turn off overlay scrolling in Deepin 20.4?

To answer my own question, install qt5ct in Deepin to control QT application's appearance. Go to the Style Sheet tab and select one of the 3 settings to change the scrollbars. Fushion-fixes.qss is the 1st and most obvious choice. There are two more settings below that one that also work.
