Are you sure that all updates are complete? According to Deepin's website they have release a number of updates this month. The latest upgraded the store to 5.2.

Try running the updates manually and make sure it is all update.

I tried updating from terminal using SU and this is the message now in terminal and in the appstore the same problem..
Try going to settings. when the settings slide from the right go down to update. Then click the button to check for updates now. Hopefully it will update your store to 5.2.
