Can't install deepin via flash drive

When I try to install Deepin on my laptop it gets stuck on a black screen with a underscore on top left of the screen.
Tested the flash drive on my computer and I can start the installation normally. It gets to the same black screen with a underscore on top left but it doesn`t get stuck.
My laptop is a jumper ezbook x4, which is a brand from china, could this laptop have some strange behavior that I can not install deepin on it?
I tried to disable/enable fast boot on bios and makes no difference. Thanks in advance.
