I have just moved to Linux from Macbook Pro and am blown away with deepin. I might even like it more than OSX.

That said, I am trying to get my trackpad and keyboards to pair with no success. Both devices show up in the bluetooth manager but when I try to pair they then disconnect after a few seconds and then pair again and repeat the process. At no point though do they actually work. Other devices seem to pair just fine.

I am using A1339 trackpad and the A1314 keyboard. I tried pairing with my newer trackpad II from work and it did pair though no gestures would work.

I also have deepin on my Dell XPS 15 and the trackpad works great on there with no config at all.

Any help would be great.

As an update I just tried to connect the same keyboard and mouse on my laptop and all went well. So I think the problem may well be with my bluetooth dongle.

I ran - sudo service bluetooth status - andd here was the result:



Does anyone know where to go from here in terms of debugging?
