Error when creating “oc_vol.yaml”: Post https://console.com:8443/api/v1/persistentvolumes: Service Unavailable


Hi, i tried to install OKD 3.11 (Openshift Origin) on CentOs 7.5. In the end of installation i got an error:
error when creating "oc_vol.yaml": Post https://console.com:8443/api/v1/persistentvolumes: Service Unavailable. created volume 1
I have 200 volumes error. What is the problem?
