regarding rhcva certification
 

dear all,
Am working as a system engineer nearly 2 years of experience in linux and i done my rhce certification as well, so am intersted to do or to work in virtualization, i waana to do virtualization is it right to do now or can i wait sometime,can i get the proper suggestions from u gurus and i hope u vil give the proper guidance

Not sure what anyone can tell you, or what you're expecting/wanting to hear. This is YOUR career and YOUR education...YOU decide what you want to take, and when. Certifications are going to change constantly, so the knowledge you get now will be useless in five years. Repeat the process with each new version of things, forever. If you want to, then do it.

And one good suggestion would be to quit using that text-speak garbage, and spell out your words. Writing/posting like that certainly won't help you advance anywhere.

Which virtualization technology are you targeting?

Red Hat is focused on KVM. If that's not used by your target employers, the RHCVA may not help you. Other virtualization technologies (and certs) are available, such as for VMWare.
