Redhat certification

Hi,

My company have approved my training budget for Redhat Training. I have been using UNIX/Linux for few years. I am not expert but I can get my work done. I am thinking about taking RHCSA training. Please advice which Redhat exam is better to take. RHCSA vs RHCE?

Thank you.

It depends How much you think you know and how confident you are. The only big thing here is that the RHCE exam INCLUDES the RHCSA exam, so you have to cover both on the RHCE full day exam anyway.

AFAIK, RHCE exam (RX300) does not include RHCSA (RX200) as of RHEL6 and last revision of the exams.
You have to pass both exams to get RHCE. You can do it in any order, but your RHCE is not valid until you also pass RHCSA.
So, go for the RHCSA first. Or both the same day.

Advice: Don't take the exam right after the relatively short course. It's not enough time to go through all of the material and practice for the exam.

Since I need to take both exam, my company will only pay for one exam. I will go for RHCSA exam. Do you guys know any good training center?

Thanks.
