Quality Linux Training

I would like to get some advice on good linux training that is not only good but economical. Local community colleges in my area do not offer courses that amount to more than how to install and general configure which I have figured out most on my own with a few exceptions. I want something that is comprehensive and goes beyond installation; administration and scripting would be nice. Redhat offers an online course for under $1000.00 but I would like to find something that is not "distribution specific". Could you please recommend such an online course? I have learned a great deal from this site as well as and the Redhat 8.0 Bible. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

This might seem like a cheap answer, but the best "most economical" training out there is to use Linux on a regular basis for everyday tasks. Give yourself a year of that and you'll be confident. A course might teach concepts related to Linux, but you really "learn" it in real-world applications.
