Is there any link where i can download online book for LPI certification. Also where I can download sample Question & answer for prepartion. (e.g O'Reilly LPI certification online book) I know official site (www.lpi.org)of LPI. i have seen that site.but is any other resourses?
My book LPI Level 1 Exam Cram 2 is coming out in early September, you can look at the details on amazon etc.
Thought about taking a course or a bootcamp? I won't go into details, but I train more LPIC candidates than anyone else combined, I'd be glad to answer any questions you might have.
I'm new here, I normally cruised CS, and securelyspeaking.com but heard really good things about here, so I'm going to pitch in.
Yeah, I try not to, ahem, advertise, but I see people struggling with 2-3 year old books for LPIC cert study and learning linux, so I thought I'd post that it's coming.
Either I'm missing it or it's not listed anywhere on the LPI website, but what is the cost to take these exams? Also, is that the only cost (the exam cost), outside the cost of study materials that I may purchase on my own?
The O'Reilly book is quite old and laid out for the previous version of the exams. It's missing the new objectives, some of which are signifiicant portions of the exams.
I am happy to say that my new book on the topic, the LPIC Level 1 Exam Cram 2 from Que is going to be in the stores the 20th of Sept. I am already using it in classes and it's getting very good reviews from the attendees.
