Post LPIC question - time between exams

Hello friends!

I'm preparing for the LPIC-1. Does somebody know how many time can pass between taking the two exams (101 and 102)? Are there any conditions at all? The FAQs and the official site does not give an easy answer to this question

Thank you in advance.

Like how long do you plan on waiting in between exams? I did my first one in July and my second in September.

You can take them on the same day (and in any order I think) if you wish. I waited a few months between the exams.

Hi, I also plan to wait "few months" (maybe 2 or 3) between the exams in order to minimize the failure chances The material is full of some small details that I need time to learn good enough. And time is often short.

Thank you!

If taking exams comes easily to you, then do them on the same day. I stretched taking my exams out over several weeks, but also realized I could not wait forever.

Given you are paying money for each exam, I would want each exam spread out at least across one or two days, to avoid being tired. I can see taking both exams, if traveling to the testing center costs you a lot in time and money.
