LPI 199 Exam

Is anyone aware of any officially available training materials, books, exam questions, and so on available for the Ubuntu Certification. LPI 199 is taken along with LPI 101 and 102, but so far the only courses I have found bundle 199 into 102.

UCP 199 Training now available from canonical

The official site is here:

There are also several US partners who will be doing training, one of which is fastlane who will be listing classes in a few weeks.

One book covers the topic, but the positive review suggests it's out of date
