Linux Certification classes?

If I wanted to Administer Linux systems, is there a certification for this? I know there is for Microsoft (and many too) but what about Linux?

I am working on my A+ Certification plus the MCP, but can I get a Linux certification?

There are seldom places that do teach Linux. So im just wondering.
