Not a lot we can tell you based on what you posted...how long ago was this? What page did you see it on?? What certification are you wanting to get?

If you're going to get training for something like this, I'd suggest that you do it in a classroom setting.

Video conferencing can be used in lieu of a classroom, but I would not bother with online self-study courses. There is a certain human dynamic that occurs when other students and an instructor are present together with you. With a video class, you need to have a small number of students and be able to see those students as well as the instructor, and be able to talk among them.

Maybe (but not currently 'there'): http://deals.linuxquestions.org
Maybe ask (Jeremy?): http://linuxquestions.org/questions/sendmessage.php
I think it was like: http://tecmint.com/linux-certification-training-course
(I have no input on its viability tho)

Best wishes; let us know 'how it goes'!
(edit: ooops, I didn't notice that #3 was a semi-'Necropost')
