Linux Certification

Hi,
Just curious, but is there a Linux certification equivalent to Microsoft's certification?
Thanks

There are many Linux certifications. CompTIA has Linux+, the Linux Professional Institute has their certifications, and many distributions have their own (such as RHCE).

Cheap Linux certification exams.

Hey everyone, I ran across an article that talks of a company that is offering Linux certification exams at a discounted price. Not a bad way to get certified and save some money. Linux Cert. Exams

Free certification for veterans and their kids

I found an article that tells of a program that allows veterans and their dependents to take all of their Linux certification exams at no cost. If you know a veteran or a child of one, this is a good resource for them to get certified for nothing. Here's the link.

LPI does that promotion of discounted test pricing at many events, including the OhioLinux fest that I posted about last week. They will be doing the testing at the OLF again next year as well.
