Fedora ok for the RHCSA?
I have been using Centos 5.5 to study for the RHCSA. However, now the exam is tested over RHEL 6. I always wanted to use Fedora for studying for the RHCSA and RHCE, but I read where it is best to use Centos since it stays to the RHEL conventions. Since RHEL is testing on version 6, would it be best/safe to use Fedora?

I have my RHCSA and to be honest you should be fine using Fedora for practice. Since I can't say much about the actual exam (non-disclosure type stuff), I will say this:
Be comfortable with the command line, it is your friend!
Good luck!

Compiz running fine on CentOS 5.5 here, no problems. Have you checked the CentOS wiki?
Also I guarantee Compiz is not on the RHCSA exam.

Sorry, I don't know the difference. Whichever one makes the spinning desktop cube.
