What does an RHCSA & RHCE do exactly???? Is it easy to study both and clear exams?????

Like all certifications they indicate that you have passed one or several examinations and theoretically are competent in a particular body of knowledge. In this case that body of knowledge is the information, structures and techniques needed to successfully install, configure, troubleshoot and otherwise manage computer systems using the RedHat Enterprise Linux operating system and related software.

This knowledge is somewhat extensible since CentOS, which is also widely used in business, is a clone of RHEL in everything but the paid support and perhaps a few RH specific applications/utilities. And of course extensible on a more general level to most Linux based OSes.

Easy to study for? As easy as any study is, and ease of passing the exams is dependent on the individual.

can u please say about the job prospects of both????? i mean the present and future job prospects!!!!!

You might want to do a Google search for "RHCE Jobs", "RedHat Jobs", "Linux Admin Jobs", and "Linux Jobs". The searches should help with understanding what employers are looking for and the number of jobs posting should also be an indicator of what the market is like.

And no, how can ANYONE tell you what your job prospects are? They are limited by your ABILITIES...and no one knows what the future may hold. You may be able to get in the door with a 'certification', but if you don't have the KNOWLEDGE behind it, it will be VERY obvious, and your job prospects will be next to nothing. And if you can't write/speak clearly, no amount of certifications will matter.

LEARN the subject...don't get pointless certifications. This goes for Linux/IT fields, as well as ANY occupation. Not meaning to sound nasty, but knowledge and experience are always valued more than a certificate. The bonus of that approach is that, by the time you take a test, you'll know the subject inside and out, and breeze through things.
