Tora

Running Tora for first time.
The selections for the new connection window are:

Postgresql, root, XXXXXX, localhost, GAL and normal.

The error message is:

Unable to connect to the database. Could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on localhost and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432

What are the things I need to do to get rid of this error message?

Thanks, Donald
