i want to know if i can rum programas like in windows using .exe files to install programs

Use Wine to run Windows programs:
www.winehq.org

If you are having problems with InstallShield installers, you can use a program called 'i6comp' to get the files inside.

no, you can't run exe files. or rather you can't without a windows compat liayer like wine...
