Restore Installation
 
This morning Linspire4.5 would not boot up. I did not want to loose my modified installation so I installed Linspire4.5 to a different section of my HD so I could get to this forum and ask for help.

Can I make my original installation bootable with out losing information?

are you geeting any error messages while booting Linspire? if yes, just paste it here.

what is "different section of my HD"?

Try to boot into diagnostic mode and post some last lines here.

Also, tell us the complete hardware speac. of your computer with make and model number of each product.
