Linsprire Live five


I have Linsprire Live five Disk
I am unable to configure it ,since there are no help files on the disk .
I have an analog(old colour) monitor.
I have use knoppix
and during boot i type following command
"Knoppix fb800x600"
to boot in properly
what should i do for Linsprire Live five
Please help.

A Linspire Live disk is primarily used to see if a person likes Linspire. I do not believe it is meant to be used as a regular distribution. If it works OK on your system, I would suggest installing the regular Linspire 5.0 distribution, which contains their full feature set.

I don't find LinSpire interesting. It takes long time (7-8 min) to boot my pentium IV computer and at the end there is only white mouse cursor with blank screen. Further more there is no any choice for low resolution VGA. I still found KNOPPIX the best live CD I have ever used.
