I burned that on cd & reboot pc thru cd .
It has only option for booting without cd & Advanced options.
I don`t find a option for installing it on PC as I have seen in screenshots
which r having 3 options.
SO how can i install that distro on my HDD ?
Plzzz help .
I am an intermediate user of linux , so guys plzz help me anyway.

Also if possible send me links where i could get that installable cd in cheap price?
most possibly in INDIA?

Linspire is a commercial distro - the only thing that they offer for free is their LinspireLive CD, which I believe you have to download from a website (or get with a magazine, like you did! ). You can't install it from that Live CD though - that's the hitch. The point of the Live CD is to show the public how easy-to-use it is, and to boast its features - apart from that, the CD's worth a pile of junk. Hehe!

There are plenty of online shops which will ship you the CD/DVD, but the preferred method of getting Linspire is the Buy-and-Download method...for more information, click here. HIH,

M.

Well they do have an occasional Coupon action where you can get the Full version of Linspire for free, also they sometimes provide a free version of the installable version with a magazine or a book, I think Peter's book "Peter van der linden's Guide to Linux" comes with a free copy of Linspire 5.0

Thanks for the info !
I realy wish they would have prined that on that disc (I had a look at the book and the CD but I couldn't see LiveCD or anything like that printed on it).

LOL now that you mention it

But offcourse when it's an installable version it could also include that info since you need to boot from that CD to get the Linspire intaller
offcourse the wording would be a bit diffrent in that case.
