Question idea how to install LOS on a pc with scsi cdrom?

Has anbody any idea how I can install LindowsOS 4.5 Developer Edition on a computer with a scsi cdrom? LindowsOS 3.0 installed fine, but did not recognize my Elsa microlink 56k serial modem - so I wanted to give a try to 4.5...
In Diganostics mode the last lines are:

Unable to identify CD-ROM format.
Unable to mount: Invalid argument
SUCCESS: del_loop on /dev/loop/3
WARNING: CD search failed, set FOUND_CDROM and exit.

Thanks for your reply Neo Vita,
but I already found those threads - and alas they don't help me...
Do you know (or can anybody tell me) how to make a LOS 4.5 bootdisk with scsi modules? Where can I get it from? I do have LOS 3.0 which has no difficulties in recognizing the scsi cdrom drive - any chance to extract that from there - somehow?

Smile A possible solution to your SCSI woes

Can you boot from a USB device? What I did with an old Toshiba with no cd-rom was put the disk image on an external HD and then booted from USB. If those options are available to you anyways. Hope this helps you.
