Question I Need Help?


Can enyone help Me? I would like to dual boot an Win Xp with linspire as pre-installed?

I think your best bet is to install a fresh copy of Windows on half the disk, then re-install Linspire on the other half. I know this doesn't meet your requirement of keeping the pre-installed Linspire, but you should be able to recreate the exact same thing with the installation CDs. This will keep you from having to manually partition your drives after the fact.

Does this mean that the reboot disk that came with the computer is the install disk for linspire?

Should be a disk to let you reinstall! Or sometimes the ISO is on the harddrive...

Well, first detect the CD properly, and then only proceed.

The Reboot disk *may* not be a Linspire installer CD.
You may ask Linspire support or rather ask the vendor from whom you are gonna buy the Linspire pre-installed Computer.
