basically you get to keep what you donwloaded and installed, but once the trial is over you can not update or reinstall those programs if you have to reinstall Lindows.
Now that click and run has had a version update ie- 5.0 I expect it wil be possible.
the main change with click and run is its ability to fix bugs upon update, something that is very welcome. I'm not sure about security issues etc but I'm sure they've been addressed. The thing is I expect allowing someone to recompile your kernel is abit of a security risk, isn't it?
