You just need to install the keys for those two.

http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ht=apt-get+key

Example:
Code:
gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net --recv 9AA38DCD55BE302B
gpg --export --armor 9AA38DCD55BE302B | apt-key add -

Did you find and install all the keys?

Ok - looks like it had no issues adding that one, did you add the second key as well?
Interesting that it seems to have had it already.

It will continue to error unless you add all of the keys. You might want to consider doing the update from synaptic, as it will just prompt you (and you can just acknowledge it) and continue.

You need to look up the other key, and run a command similar to above for each key that it needs - depending on the repository.
You could try this (the first hit when googling the other key):
http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=40976
Code:
apt-get install debian-keyring
apt-get update
