Oh and Yoper 2.1.1 should be coming out here soon. Look for that as well

Is there a freely distributable version of linare?

I think that linare is great yes it looks like xp but it sure doesn't act like it I think it is one of the easiest of ALL of the distros I have tried. There is a iso available at http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=linare
Its the professional edition
