Paging Linareuser
Hey, if the user known as Linareuser is still checking this forum, could you drop us all a quick note letting us know the status of the Linare distro? Several of us have noticed that the Linare Apt repositories have never come online and no news has come out for several months now, we are all curious as to what is up.
Thanks!
Kevin

Hello friends,
We are working on Linare repositories and should be out soon. We have also started with next version of Linare distribution. Your valuable suggestions and ideas are welcome .

Well, all right! That is some good news!
As far as anything like a suggestion, I'd like to see Firefox the default browser, that's really the only major change I've made to the default setup. I do use Thunderbird e-mail, but I know a lot of people like Evolution, so I wouldn't gripe about that.
So, custom repositories, Firefox, and that's about all I can think of right off.
Thanks for the response, Linareuser, I know a lot of folks will really appreciate hearing from someone in the know, this is a really great distribution with tons of potential, I'd love to see more people start using it and get the word out about it.
Good luck!
Kevin!

As Linare users, I'm sure we would all appreciate some regular updates as to the status of the Linare Repositories, the OS itself, etc., rather than not hearing anything at all from anyone with Linare. Many of us were beginning to think this great distro had died since we've heard nothing until now.
