And before anybody says anything about trolling or about it being Linux on the cons list, just remember that it is also on the pro list. Also, whatever you might say, and it might seem obvious to make the remark but it is not so stupid -it is just a fact that you must live with. It is as much a good aspect of Libranet as with any other distro, as it is a curse. The distribution is merely a wrapper -Libranet fulfills the task better than others, but it's still let down by the core. I don't see what's wrong with wanting the best features that come from official support being extended to Linux.
Until Linux is officially supported as Windows is, it's roots will always betray it, and prevent it from being an ultimate desktop solution. Unfortunately, path dependency on Windows will be self-sustaining without such a movement.

Some will be prepared to take up the challenge, some won't -but at least the point emphasises this distinction and makes people who want to dip their toes into Linux aware that it is fundamentally different.
