How can I add a service option to the firewall

...in a clean way?

I was trying to guess it by myself, but I can't figure out the magicka of perl coding

I can see the FW is a .pl script, and the service options are contained in an array... what if I want to add a port, say emule's 4662/tcp and 4772/udp? Can i modify the array and see a new entry in the FW adminmenu services config, say "emule", thus keeping the whole thing clean?

Thanks

You could hand edit /etc/libranet/firewall.conf and add the port number you would like to open to the "SERVICES=" line.
