Do I keep old kernel?

I posted this over at Libranet.com but the more the merrier.

I've just recompiled my 2.4.20 kernel, fine tuning it for my processor. Xadminmenu worked great. Now I have the new kernel and 2.4.20-old.

Do I need to keep the old one and if not do I ; rm /boot/vmlinux-x.x.x-old ?

Thanks.

I does not hurt to keep it around incase your new one gets corrupted or something, I have about 3 old kernels since I have plenty of space.
