bo2k port open, why?

I just did an nmap scan on my stock install libranet box and noticed that the bo2k port 54320 is wide open on 127.0.0.1 (localhost), anyone have any idea what process might be running to allow that port to be wide open. Also what file controls services, I checked /etc/inetd.conf, I thought services were started from here. I also noticed a unbelievable amount of ports open. Anybody?

Try running 'netstat -tunlp' as root to find out what is listening on that port.
