Yahoo Messenger does not work with me in pidgin

Incognito I use Linux, but Yahoo Messenger does not work with me in the program Pidgin, but the msn works well problem in Yahoo only.

How can I update to the latest version of the program?

If your using a debian based linux system you can use apt. The command "apt-get install pidgin" should upgrade you to the newest version.

I can not update for Pidgin and yahoo messenger does not open.

Hi,

Recently i have observed that to use yahoo messenger with pidgin

In Accounts --> Advanced --> Page server
Leave it blank it will be filled automaticallly and u r connected...
Cool ??

I am using multiple accounts on pidgin..
FYI i am using Pidgin 2.6.2 (libpurple 2.6.2) on opensuse 11.2
