java firefox plugin

Hello,

in 2009 release, there is Java VM installed, but no firefox (iceweasel) plugin. It would be great to have it there, not?

Download it, and install... Follow the instructions on Sun's site to install and configure.

BTW, what distro? 2009 doesn't tell us much. You may also find the plugin available through your package manager. I use Sun's because it is the most up to date, and have never had a problem with one of their releases.

Well this is an Incognito section, isn't it? So much for what distro.

There's another problem, Incognito uses OpenJDK Java distribution. Nevertheless, firefox shouts Permission denied about the plugin (i found why, but i forgot :-) ). But since it's live distro and no easy-root, ........ Ok, I think you get it.
