i just installed grafpup and the firewall script cannot be executed.
Then I want to know, if
I need to install the patch also if I downloaded the new version?
And is it possible to upgrade Opera and how do I install Flash?

Yes, install the patch. You should be able to upgrade Opera with a package from the Opera website, but do you actually need to? I'm not in Grafpup at the moment, but I just looked in the packages directory on the website, and there is both Flash 7 and Flash 9 there, so presumably you can install either with gpkgtool. I'm not sure what the story is with the two versions now - in Puppy they had all sorts of problems with Flash 9 for a long time, although I think it works now, but I've never been anywhere that didn't work with Flash 7, which is quite a bit smaller too.
