xf86-ati-driver and mrxvt

This is definitely not a high priority issue for me but I'm curious as to why the pseudo transparency in mrxvt isn't working with my laptop now that I have X and the ati drivers working perfectly again.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks.

Even a small hint would be appreciated. Does the xf86-ati-driver simply not support this functionality?

Pseudo transparency should work with any driver. It's compositing (true transparency) which needs intensive support on the driver side. All the pseudo transparency feature does is to copy a portion of your wallpaper and use it as a background for the client window, usually with a bit of tinting or whatever.

So, what are you doing and what results or errors do you get as result?
