I should explain...
YouTube ads are targeted. Based on previous Google searches and YouTube viewing choices the advertisers know what sort of products each consumer might want to buy. Ads are directed to potential customers. That's why I see ads for men's clothing but not female apparel, hand tools but not fishing gear, Toyotas but not Mercedes.
If the targeting is accurate (and it usually is) I want to see, hear, and understand the ad content. I have nothing against Spanish! My objection is to ads I can't understand. When the advertiser sends Spanish ads they are wasting their money and wasting my time. My complaint would be the same if the language was Japanese or Swahili.
You have it backwards: Targetted advertising is nothing to do with what you want. It is about convincing victims to buy what the advertisers are selling - irrespective of whether it is wanted or needed.
The simple solution is to use uBlock Origin to block YouTube adverts, then - if there is a particular product you're interested in buying - use the search functionality and you'll no doubt find plenty of videos by people paid to promote it, and perhaps even some attempts at balanced reviews too.
