Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I enjoy YouTube every day. Videos provide information, education, and entertainment. Selected videos are preceded by brief advertising messages. That's understood, ads are necessary to pay the bills.
Many of the ads are in Spanish, and I don't understand that language. Those advertisers are wasting their money and wasting my time. How may I get that message to YouTube? Send your ads in English, please!
I heard from a helpdesk person that leaving one's smartphone on during a conversation can lead to targeted advertising, as well.
Yes, they do that.

You live in the US of NA? It has a large percentage of Spanish speakers. Concentration is probably higher in some areas, possibly up to the extent that it's the dominant language.
Makes sense to advertise in Spanish, too. Why is that a problem for you?
Rhetorical question, food for thought: of the English ads, how many are actually not a waste of time for you personally?

We live in an era of targeted advertising. Advertisers know my location and know that the Spanish-speaking population hereabouts is small.

Targeting advertising directs specific messages to me because my recent searches indicate an interest in the product. Hence I see ads for men's clothing but not women's apparel; ads for hand tools but not fishing rods; ads for Toyota but not Mercedes.
I am interested in the advertising content and frustrated by wrong language. It would be the same if the language were Chinese or Swahili.
No intiendo ? Yo viven en Costa Rica y todo los promocionales para mi es en Ingles.
Bienvenidos a nuevo mundo amigito.
Tranquilo...todo es Pura Vida ! Otro dia,gracias a Dios .
