(havn't read through all pages yet, sorry if something's double)
...when your girlfriend's surname is .jpg/.mpg/.avi
...when you dream of SQL nights
...when you're at a party, it's quite boring, you pack out your mobile phone, ssh to your linux
box and do something more interesting
this is something which happened to me once:
I played (and still play) many FPS games. I used to have Jump on the middle mouse button.
One day I was driving down a street in my car, and a speed bump came up. I, in all my wisdom
and years trained reflexes, promptly hit the brakes full power. After a second realizing what I did,
I died laughing, but my passenger didn't find it funny at all

when you say return FALSE; for no and return TRUE; for yes.
I actually have done it 3 times by accident.

When you start to realize that the idea of transplanting ones self into a computer would be a valid, logical choice.
Barring that - implementations of computerized behavior within all aspects of ones life are the next best option.
Derived from that - The relationship between man, mind, and machine, and how close of a SOB that one really is.

When I am talking in my head about dollar amount I say string when I encounter the $ sign. i.e. that Whopper cost me string 2.50.
I just bought a house that has a fireplace. I have not been able to get a decent fire going, so I want to connect my fireplace to the internet and download OpenOffice so I get a decent fire going with GKrellFire.
When you walk into the door, teeth floating ,and stop by an boot the computer on the way to the bathroom. Same when getting out of bed.
When that last critical piece of code comes to you in the middle of sex and you run to the computer.... I hate that!
