- While at Bestbuy you change the screensaver settings on the windows machines to say Windows sucks. Childish I know, but still fun
-when m parents could still ground me and I likes it better cause it gave me an excuse not to go out that night
-your friends and family have your number on speed dial and you know when they ask for you that it is a computer question and not to see how you are doing
-you dream of coming up with the greatest idea and then wake up and can remember the idea, but not how you got it accomplished ( i created AI, but not surre how)
-dream about making a business that puts microsoft out of business
-prefer talking to people on AIM or other messaging software instead of in person or on the phone
-love comuters so much you dream of working with them in a real life job, then realize that your dream job really is still but a dream
-don't understand how stupid some people really are with computers and don't understand what the hard concept of putting and clicking is
... thinking of more

when the underside of your desk looks like the inside of the space shuttle with so many bundles of wire.
when you have to tape the ethernet hub to your computer so it won't fall onto the floor
when someone talks about autoteller machines you first think 'asynchronous transfer mode'
when you need a bigger desk to handle all your computer gear
when you 'desk clock' is a 20x4 character lcd attached to one of your computers
when the 'you've ben using the computer to much if' thread is one of your favorites on LQ

When you install VNC software on 15 windows computers, then go to your Linux server, and pull up 15 virtual desktops and rule them ALL....and feel an intense satisfaction.

You see the sun rise and you realized that you didn't go to bed - yet. (been there, done that - A LOT - during coding binges )
Or you say "L.O.L." instead of laughing...
