XBox for other purposes: Legal or not in Australia?

Hi everyone,

I have read about people doing things like 'modding' and running Linux on the XBox. Now, I think I heard that there might be something the Xbox's EULA that prevents such non-approved purposes. However, the xbox-linux project says it is [B]legal[/B ]at least in the EU. But I'm outside the EU. So my question is, Is it legal for me to do whatever I want to my Xbox in Australia? (pretending I have one).

Any helpful replies would be thankful.
