winXP ssh client with konsole like features?

Does anyone know a SSH client for winXP that has KDE konsole like features? The features that I'm most interested in is the tabbar on the bottom of the window as well as the cool transparency that konsole has.

the only ssh client for winxp that i am aware about is Putty
