No you won't, unless you didn't format your drive as a NTFS.
DOS can't read NTFS partitions, so if you did make it NTFS, like someone said above get a program called NTFS-Dos which will allow DOS to access NTFS paritions.
Be sure that you get a NTFS-Dos that is like 355 kb (I don't remember exactly), not the proffesional one, because that one won't fit on a floppy.
Then all you do is put NTFS-Dos onto a floppy, use a bootup disk to get to DOS, then put the NTFS floppy in there, and run it. after that you can access the NTFS partition.
then a simple
cd c:
cp system32/config/sam a:/
if you want to put the sam file onto a floppy drive, then use some program to get the password from it, or just delete the file.
