It's been here before, and as far as I know no refund. Friend of mine got a new computer from Gateway less than a year ago, it came with Win2K, he tried to get a refund and he end up returning the machine back to GW and getting a Dell with RedHat preinstalled, again pre-installed, and the price is included in the system (as per Dell's sales reps the price of RH7 Professional was $150 and free configuration and a year waranty, still he argued with them to get a machine w/o OS, it seemed to be impossible, so refund thing ain't working neither from MS and RH nor from Dell/Gateway/etc. That's why I built my own machines with parts I get in computer fairs, and retail stores less headache and I only can blame myself if something ain't right.
Talking of refunds for non-free software, I'm not sure this weirdo playing his recorder in front of his server racks does us any favours.
BTW, if you do take the GNU/Linux quiz on that page and you get less than full marks, there is a penance of reciting the /usr/src/linux/README.
50 times.
I was wrong on the second to last question, I really didn't know the answer for when we were supposed to selebrate 1 billion second of UNIX clock which starts at Jan 1 1970.
"Here findeth thee yon release notes for Linux version 2.4. Read ye them carefully, for they are the booke of Linus, explaineth it the installation methode and how to fix it if ye receives visites from Mister Cockup ..."
Oh, I didn't say that, you have to recite it in the fashion of a middle-english trappist
Are you kidding? What's emacs for? Emacs lovers will tell you it does everything including making coffee. Vim users will tell you it's for uninstalling to free up disk space.
Serious answer: Its a "feature rich" command line text editor. Seems to be the editor of choice for hard-core programmers, hence why I use vim (no flames please!)

Is it me or is RMS getting crazier everyday? I mean, we all know open source is good, but really. He seems to imply that if anyone charges a dime for software the world will implode into a black hole.
