Windows 10 update 12/19/2018 KB4483234 and virtualbox clients dhcp failure

Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

The latest Windows 10 update seems to have broken guest dhcp clients. Using a laptop with windows 10, the guests networking adapters are all configured with a bridged adapter but their dhcp clients fail to acquire an IP address. Networking works fine if a using a static IP address and bridged mode. I haven't tried using a wired connection yet so it could be just a wireless issue.

A bunch of security and resource fixes...
