If you're interested in improving your management skills, then possibly.

Personally I'm not a fan of courses when treated as a singular workshop. That said, it is not intended to be an isolated course but instead intended to be part of their certificate program.

I'd reckon to get hired you need experience & paperwork.

The interview goes this way: They have some qualification standard - cs degree, Masters/PhD in AI, whatever. They will tell you. That's out of the way in the first 2 minutes. Then they want to know about your experience, and whatever test they pulled on you, and that's 15 minutes worth.
