It's not as smooth-looking and easy accessible as KDE is , but it's quite noticably FASTER.
Less resource-hogging too.
It needs a little tweaking to make it a really comfortable GUI , but it's worth any second spent on it.
Combining IceWM with ROX-Filer will help a lot , btw.
I agree, since I have Obsessive compulsive disorder, i cannot be satisfied with on window manager because of i tiny detail, so i have to constantly switch out of different ones, but windomaker is by far my second favorite because of it's customization

lol, i keep switching between kde and windowmaker use gnome as logon screen
ive used xcfe, it's pretty nice. i am trying to install fluxbox but i don't know how, i have compiled it, but i don't know how to make it execute on my login screen or at least when i type
